1.Can you help with creating new designs? Our design team assists customers who need to design their labels. Contact us and provide details of your products, so we can help you.
3.Can l track my order? Yes, once your stickers or labels are sent, we will update your shipping info on our website as well as a notification email will be sent to you.
5.How long do l have to wait for delivery? Usually your stickers and labels will be delivered within 5-7 days. But please be patient that your stickers or labels may need 2-3 days to be produced.
7.How can l cancel my order? Yes, you can change if only if your order has not been dispatched.

2.ls a thinner border achievable for my stickers? Borders are usually as thin as 2 mm (or 0.078 inch), tell us how thin you want.
4.How much does shipping cost? If you buy our sticker collections, the shipping is free. However, the shipment will be charged if any customized stickers or labels ≤ 20 pieces.
